1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:

⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please wait for return approval before sending any item back.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit — not in cash
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable:

Electronics with opened packaging or broken seals

Items marked as final sale or discounted
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they haven't been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
